Know Before You Go

  • Hotel pickup is included from most safely accessible Koh Samui hotels. Your pickup time will be confirmed after we receive your hotel details.
  • Please be ready in the hotel lobby or confirmed meeting point at least 10 minutes before pickup. Shared transfers cannot wait for late guests.
  • Some steep, narrow, or inaccessible locations may require a nearby meeting point. If you miss the pickup, you will need to arrange your own transport to the pier.
  • Large luggage is not accepted; day bags only.
  • Programs, stop order, snorkeling sites, and timings may change for weather, sea, currents, and safety.
  • Vegetarian meals and dietary requests require at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
  • Full allergy details must be provided and special requests are subject to confirmation.
  • Do not upload or store identity-document images.
  • Kayaking at Pig Island is available only when weather, sea, and tide conditions are suitable. The activity may not operate during unfavorable weather or when the water level is too low. As kayaking is an included activity without a separate price, no partial refund or price reduction is provided if it cannot operate.

Safety Warnings

  • The speedboat ride may be bumpy and wet.
  • Not suitable for pregnant travelers, travelers with back problems or limited mobility, or anyone unable to board, disembark, and remain seated safely.
  • No smoking, littering, or touching marine life/coral.
  • Pig safety warning: Please keep a safe distance and take care when approaching the pigs, as they may bite. Parents and guardians must closely supervise children at all times and follow the instructions of the guide or staff. Injuries caused by approaching, touching, or interacting with the pigs are not covered by the tour’s accident insurance.
