• Shared pickup vehicles cannot wait for late customers.
• A missed pickup requires self-transfer to the pier at the customer’s expense.
• Missing the boat is a no-show and non-refundable.
• Pickup is included from most safely accessible Koh Samui hotels.
• Steep hills, deep lanes, or unsafe vehicle access may require a nearby main-road meeting point.
• Pickup location and time are confirmed after hotel details are received.
• Large luggage is not accepted; day bags only.
• Programs, stop order, snorkeling sites, and timings may change for weather, sea, currents, and safety.
• Vegetarian meals and dietary requests require at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
• Full allergy details must be provided and special requests are subject to confirmation.
• Do not upload or store identity-document images.
• This is a shared tour with shared hotel transportation. After returning to the pier, all guests will have their included meal before the shared transfer departs. Guests who finish earlier will need to wait until the group is ready to leave together. A separate early return is not available.
• Kayaking at Pig Island is available only when weather, sea, and tide conditions are suitable. The activity may not operate during unfavorable weather or when the water level is too low. As kayaking is an included activity without a separate price, no partial refund or price reduction is provided if it cannot operate.
