Who controls the data

T-Suk Speed Boat Travel Co., Ltd. controls the personal data collected through this tour booking website.

Data we collect

We collect information needed to take and fulfil a booking: lead guest name, email, phone, traveler counts, tour and departure details, hotel name and room number if you provide them, booking, payment, and refund status, and necessary security and technical logs.

Identity documents at check-in

At check-in, travelers may be asked to show an identity-document photo on their phone for insurance or manifest purposes. This website does not ask you to upload that document.

Payments

Card and payment credentials are entered on Stripe Hosted Checkout. T-Suk does not store card details. T-Suk stores necessary provider references and statuses so we can confirm payment, process refunds, and keep accounting records.

Why we use data

We use personal data to make bookings, confirm payment, coordinate pickup, communicate with customers, process refunds or date changes, protect against fraud and security incidents, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

Stripe processes hosted payment checkout.

Postmark sends transactional booking and customer emails.

DigitalOcean provides application, database, and object-storage infrastructure, including DigitalOcean Spaces.

Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, security, and traffic protection.

Tour pages that include a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed may allow YouTube to process technical data when that embed is used.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep booking, payment, and refund records for as long as needed to fulfil the booking, meet legal and accounting duties, handle disputes and refunds, and protect security. Technical and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably required for those purposes. When we no longer need personal data for these purposes, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it where the law allows.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion where legally available. You may also request restriction of processing or object where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. To make a request, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or another competent authority.

International processing

Processing or storage may occur outside Thailand through service providers such as Stripe, Postmark, DigitalOcean including Spaces, Cloudflare, and YouTube when an embed is used. We use appropriate safeguards when personal data is processed outside Thailand.

Cookies

This website uses essential session, CSRF, and security cookies. Cloudflare may set or receive technical data to provide DNS, CDN, security, and traffic protection. Tour pages that include a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed may allow YouTube to set or receive technical data when that embed is used. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on these pages.

Children

Booking information about children is supplied by the responsible adult making the booking.
