About these terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to tour bookings with T-Suk Speed Boat Travel Co., Ltd..

T-Suk Speed Boat Travel Co., Ltd. is the tour operator and payment recipient. Online card payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page design, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to T-Suk Speed Boat Travel Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes.

Accurate information

You must provide accurate contact details, traveler counts, and hotel/room information if you supply them. T-Suk uses this information to confirm the booking, coordinate pickup, and reach you.

Prices

Displayed prices are in Thai baht. The online amount charged is the server-calculated total stored with the booking when it is created, and that total is used to confirm payment through Stripe.

Park, island, and local fees

Park, island, admission, or other local fees stated as payable in cash or on site are outside the Stripe online charge. Those amounts cannot be refunded to the card as part of the online payment.

When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified by the payment provider. Browser return pages alone do not confirm payment.

Payment plans

You may pay in full, or pay a 30% deposit when that option is available. Any remaining balance is due by the deadline shown on your booking.

Remaining balance

If you choose the deposit plan, the remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before departure, as shown on your booking.

If the remaining balance becomes overdue, the booking is not cancelled automatically. Staff will follow up, and you should contact T-Suk promptly.

Availability and holds

Availability depends on sellable capacity for that departure. A temporary hold during checkout lasts a limited time. If it expires, you may need to start again if that departure is no longer available.

Customer cancellation

If you paid in full and cancel at least 24 hours before departure in Thailand time, you will receive a refund of the online amount paid, less any verified payment-processing fees actually incurred and not recoverable by us. Cancellation exactly 24 hours before departure is eligible under the same rule. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure is non-refundable. The refundable amount and any deduction will be shown or confirmed before the refund is processed.

If you chose the deposit plan, all amounts already paid are non-refundable when you cancel, including a balance paid later.

Missed pickup / No-show

If you are not ready at the confirmed pickup place and time and miss your pickup or departure, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Weather or safety cancellation by T-Suk

If T-Suk cancels for weather or safety, you may choose a free date change or a full refund of all amounts paid, including any deposit.

Tour Operations and Service Partners

T-Suk Speed Boat reserves the right, without prior notice, to combine tour operations with or arrange the service through a trusted business partner offering the same or an equivalent tour service when the minimum number of participants is not met or when operationally necessary. The operating vessel, crew, pickup arrangements, or service provider may differ from those originally planned, while the main program, key inclusions, safety standards, and overall service level will remain the same or materially equivalent. Such an arrangement is not considered a tour cancellation or a material change to the booked service.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After the payment provider accepts the refund, the time it takes to appear can depend on your bank or card issuer.

Payment disputes

If you have a payment dispute or chargeback concern, contact T-Suk promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your statutory or cardholder rights.

Pickup

You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number or email, and hotel/room details if you want hotel pickup.

Safety instructions

You must follow safety instructions given by T-Suk or relevant staff.

Cancelling or changing a date on this website

You cannot cancel or change the departure date yourself on this website. Please contact T-Suk. Authorized staff will process cancellation, refund, or date change.

Liability

T-Suk will provide the booked tour with reasonable care. These terms do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
