About these terms

These terms apply to use of this website and to tour bookings with T-Suk Speed Boat Travel Co., Ltd..

Accurate information

You must provide accurate contact details, traveler counts, and hotel/room information if you supply them. T-Suk uses this information to confirm the booking, coordinate pickup, and reach you.

Prices

Displayed prices are in Thai baht. The amount charged is the server-calculated total stored with the booking when it is created, and that total is used to confirm payment.

When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified by the payment provider. Browser return pages alone do not confirm payment.

Payment plans

You may pay in full, or pay a 30% deposit when that option is available. Any remaining balance is due by the deadline shown on your booking.

Remaining balance

If you choose the deposit plan, the remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before departure, as shown on your booking.

Availability and holds

Availability depends on sellable capacity for that departure. A temporary hold during checkout lasts a limited time. If it expires, you may need to start again if that departure is no longer available.

Customer cancellation

If you paid in full and cancel at least 24 hours before departure in Thailand time, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellation exactly 24 hours before departure is eligible. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure is non-refundable.

If you chose the deposit plan, all amounts already paid are non-refundable when you cancel, including a balance paid later.

Weather or safety cancellation by T-Suk

If T-Suk cancels for weather or safety, you may choose a free date change or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After the payment provider accepts the refund, the time it takes to appear can depend on your bank or card issuer.

Pickup

You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number or email, and hotel/room details if you want hotel pickup.

Safety instructions

You must follow safety instructions given by T-Suk or relevant staff.

Cancelling or changing a date on this website

You cannot cancel or change the departure date yourself on this website. Please contact T-Suk. Authorized staff will process cancellation, refund, or date change.

Liability

T-Suk will provide the booked tour with reasonable care. These terms do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
