The 24-hour period is measured from the tour’s departure date and time in Thailand.
Cancellation and refund outcomes

| Full payment, cancelled at least 24 hours before departure | Full refund of amounts paid |
| Full payment, cancelled less than 24 hours before departure | No refund |
| Deposit plan, customer cancellation | All amounts already paid are non-refundable, including a later paid balance |
| T-Suk cancels for weather or safety | Free date change or a full refund of all amounts paid |
How to request a cancellation or refund
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After the payment provider accepts the refund, settlement timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation exactly 24 hours before departure is eligible for a full-payment refund.
You cannot cancel or change the date yourself on this website. Contact T-Suk by email or WhatsApp with your booking number and lead guest email. Staff will verify and process the request.
