21:00–21:30 — Hotel pickup for boat packages. Approximate time. Regular Ticket Only does not include pickup.
22:00 — Speedboat from Koh Samui for boat packages. For Regular Ticket Only, 22:00 is the event-night service marker, not a boat departure. 22:00 is not the hotel pickup time.
Late evening — Arrive Ban Tai Pier / Jungle Experience. Boat + Regular includes Ban Tai–venue transfer where supplied. Ticket-only guests travel independently.
Night — Jungle Experience open-air festival. House, Techno, Drum & Bass; fire, live/visual art, neon body painting, roaming performers and Muay Thai. Production/programming can vary. Event opening time may vary by event night. Follow the confirmed event information for your selected date. Advertised through approximately 06:00. Admission is included only with Boat + Regular and Regular Ticket Only.
04:30 — Return speedboat from Ban Tai Pier for Boat Two Ways and Boat + Regular Ticket. Guests using the return boat leave before the advertised approximately 06:00 finish. Return boat departs on time. Boat One Way and Regular Ticket Only have no return boat.

Boat packages: the exact hotel pickup time is confirmed after we receive your accommodation details. Be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup. The shared transfer cannot wait.

Speedboat operation is subject to weather and sea conditions.
Hotels outside the applicable pickup area may have a surcharge or may not be available. Laem Sor, Taling Ngam, and Lipa Noi: +300 THB/person. No mountain hotels or villas.
Special event booking: subject to Jungle Experience's own cancellation terms and non-refundable once confirmed. The website standard cancellation policy does not apply.
