Know Before You Go

  • Wait at the hotel lobby or confirmed meeting point at least 10 minutes before the pickup window.
  • The vehicle may arrive at any time within the confirmed pickup window.
  • Shared pickup vehicles cannot wait for late customers.
  • A missed pickup requires self-transfer to the pier at the customer’s expense.
  • Missing the boat is a no-show and non-refundable.
  • Pickup is included from most safely accessible Koh Samui hotels.
  • Steep hills, deep lanes, or unsafe vehicle access may require a nearby main-road meeting point.
  • Pickup location and time are confirmed after hotel details are received.
  • Large luggage is not accepted; day bags only.
  • Programs, stop order, snorkeling sites, and timings may change for weather, sea, currents, and safety.
  • Vegetarian meals and dietary requests require at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
  • Full allergy details must be provided and special requests are subject to confirmation.
  • Do not upload or store identity-document images.

Safety Warnings

  • The speedboat ride may be bumpy and wet.
  • Not suitable for pregnant travelers, travelers with back problems or limited mobility, or anyone unable to board, disembark, and remain seated safely.
